époque press is an independent publisher based between Brighton and Dublin established to promote and represent the very best in new literary talent.
Through a combination of our main publishing imprint and our online ezine we aim to bring inspirational and thought provoking work to a wider audience.
Our main imprint is seeking out new voices, authors who are producing high-quality literary fiction and who are looking for a partner to help realise their ambitions. Our commitment is to fully consider all submissions on literary merit alone and to provide a personal response.
Our ezine will showcase a combination of the written word, visual and aural art forms, bringing together artists working in different mediums to encourage and inspire new perspectives on specific themes.

A/C/R/E/S is the musical alter-ego of Adam Bentley, he is the Art & Print Director here at époque press and his music has featured previously on our é-zine themed 'Departures'. Having spent many years in London and Brighton, he now lives in New York and works as Head of Realization for established brand design agency, Pearlfisher. He recorded all instruments and vocals on Avenue C in Alphabet City, Manhattan, then produced, mixed and mastered music from home.
You can find A/C/R/E/S music on Spotify here or SoundCloud here.
Adam says: 'This is a passionate song, no question. I have no doubt in my mind that people desire change on so many levels right now, to change the future, to change the past, to change power and regime, to distribute compassion and love more effectively. What are the chances hey...? The title is part-influenced by an overheard conversation in a bar by the owner getting drunk with her friends, and also by Prime Minister's Questions.
I would recommend headphones for maximum impact!'
